Recruit, select and motivate new candidates Assist applicants by telephone, Facetime, WhatsApp or Teams. Manage your online recruitment channels Devise and execute (online) campaigns for the recruitment of new, suitable candidates Introducing suitable candidates to our Accountmanagers Building a database with candidates Actively marketing our company towards the Polish community Visiting clients together with the Accountmanagers What do we ask from you? Working and thinking level of a graduated college student. 2-3 years of experience in recruiting staff You have strong communicative skills and perseverance You are enthusiastic and you know how to influence people positively Native Polish speaker - English is your 2nd language Having worked in Plan4Flex is an advantage Affinity with the branches Automotive, Technics and Logistics What do we offer you?
