N2 People is currently looking for a housemaster.

For our sister company N2 Facility, we are looking for a housemaster.

Do you have good communication skills and does this express itself in natural authority? Do you have experience with technical maintenance in the domestic field? Then you are our housemaster N2 Facility is looking for!

As a Housemaster, your primary task is to provide and organise a safe and optimal living environment for our temporary workers. You will manage several small and large housing locations of our employees. You carry out periodic maintenance and furnish N2 Facility's housing locations. You ensure the most efficient execution of maintenance, repair and renovation of N2 Facility's housing locations. You will receive assignments from the facility coordinator and carry them out in accordance with SNF standards.

The role:

• Managing assigned residential sites and carrying out maintenance in these sites.
• Addressing residents on (deviant) behaviour and compliance with house rules
• Welcoming check-in and check-out of residents
