Are you someone with a helicopter view? Are you enthusiastic about managing and guiding people? Are you Spanish-speaking and do you know how to get things done, together with your colleagues? Then you are the Jobcoach that N2 People is looking for! We are looking for a Spanish-speaking colleague to support our growth and current group of temporary workers in Automotive, Technics and Logistics. You will always report to one of our Accountmanagers.

As a Jobcoach your workday consists of supporting our skilled workers as their point of contact. So you have your own group of skilled workers for personal attention! Together with your internal colleagues you ensure that everything runs smoothly.

What do we ask from you?

• You are structured and open minded
• You speak fluently Spanish and English and you are willing to learn Dutch
• Experience in the temping industry as Intercedent or Jobcoach
• You are motivated to support our international employees
• You are prepared to collaborate with some internal departments
• In possession of a drivers license
