Are you speaking English and preferably Polish, Romanian, Spanish or Portuguese and do you know how to get things done, together with your colleagues? Then you are the Jobcoach that N2 People is looking for! We are looking for a colleague to support our growth and current group of temporary workers in Logistics and Production. You will always report to one of our Accountmanagers.

As a Jobcoach your workday consists of supporting our skilled workers as their point of contact. So you have your own group of skilled workers for personal attention! Together with your internal colleagues you ensure that everything runs smoothly.

What do we ask from you?

• You are structured and open minded
• You speak fluently English
• You speak another named language  
• You are open to learn Dutch
• You are motivated to support our international employees
• You are prepared to collaborate with some internal departments
• You will work in 2 shifts
• In possession of a drivers license
