As Internal Recruiter at N2 People you are the first link between candidates and our customers. Together with your colleagues from the different Business Units from N2 People you are responsible for the recruitment, selection and acceptance of the right employees. Absolutely important in this position are good social skills, creativity and flexibility, in short a job full of dynamics!
What are you going to do?
-You ensure an effective and timely delivery of the right candidates.
-You look proactively and approach the candidates within the right target groups.
-Creating and updating job adverts
-Conducting ( telephone) interviews to assess candidate suitability to the relevant job role
-Screening off all CV’s at application stage
-Managing internal databases with updates on candidates throughout the recruitment process
-Ensuring timely feedback is supplied to all applicants throughout the recruitment process
-You are the binding factor between our Coordinators/account managers and the candidates.
-You are responsible for the organization, coordination and planning of the work of your responsibility.
-You are responsible for reporting and realizing your KPI’s.
-You ensure that new ideas and services become a success.
-You don’t have a 9 to 5 mentality, the job has to be done. Besides that will candidate react after office hours and if needed will work in the evening necessary but will be compensated.
-You have a direct influence on the quality of the service.
