What will you be doing?

• Recruit, select and motivate new candidates
• Assist applicants by telephone, Facetime, WhatsApp or Teams.
• Manage your online recruitment channels
• Devise and execute (online) campaigns for the recruitment of new, suitable candidates
• Introducing suitable candidates to our Accountmanagers
• Building a database with candidates
• Actively marketing our company towards the Polish community
• Visiting clients together with the Accountmanagers

What do we ask from you?

• Working and thinking level of a graduated college student.
• 2-3 years of experience in recruiting staff
• You have strong communicative skills and perseverance
• You are enthusiastic and you know how to influence people positively
• Native Polish speaker - English is your 2nd language
• Having worked in Plan4Flex is an advantage
• Affinity with the branches Automotive, Technics and Logistics
